The TEAM pictures in this section…and in the PHOTOS section…help tell the story of the men that accepted the challenge in 1975 & 76 of creating a winning legacy…passed it on to some great TEAMS…and now come together again 40 years later to be reunited and honored for their contribution to a great tradition.

In April of 1975 Coach Dave Arslanian was brought to Snow College by President J. Marvin Higbee to re-build the Badger Football Program. He started by meeting with the returning Sophomores and personally recruited each of them to return and help face the challenges of building a winning football program. He then “recruited” Coaches and Players willing to accept the special challenge of restoring pride in a struggling program…playing against some of the toughest Junior College teams in the country…and making the sacrifices necessary to WIN.
Coach Arslanian met with previous head coach Ray Odette and legendary head coach Bob Stoddard to solicit their input; and as a result he received their encouragement and friendship…and they both became valuable advocates.
Coaches Paul Arslanian (from NAU) and Greg Croshaw (from BYU) were brought to Snow College; and along with previous Snow staff members, Dean Green and DeVon Blad…a great staff dedicated to teaching young men to succeed resulted.
The next step was to introduce the toughness, discipline, and mental attitude necessary for a WINNING Team, and when the 1975 Players were recruited and added to the returning Sophomores…the ingredients necessary were in place.
